If this week felt like a holy disruption, you aren’t alone. We’ve spent the last few days clearing out the wreckage of suffering and reclaiming the truth: God values the Image-bearer more than the institution. While we have spoken specifically about marriage, “un-oneing” is a holy necessity for anyone extracting their soul from an environment of exploitation. Whether you are leaving a marriage, a spiritual system that demanded your silence, or a family dynamic that required your disappearance, you are now standing in the “after.” Once the tables are flipped, you are often left with a strange, ringing silence. In the Greenhouse, we stop defending our right to leave and start cultivating our right to thrive.
