The Friday Greenhouse: A Personal Liturgy
A short personal liturgy for loving your neighbor and yourself
Gathering
God of breath and belonging,
I arrive as I am—distracted, defended, tired, hopeful.
Let this be a greenhouse for my heart:
warm enough to soften what is hardened,
bright enough to grow what is good.
A simple intention
Today I will not look for loopholes.
Today I will practice love with my body, not just my beliefs.
Today I will treat myself as someone worth caring for.
