May you drop your shoulders today and lay down the exhausting illusion that your worth is tied to performance, usefulness, or gendered expectations.
May you unlearn the lie that women were made to shrink and defer, or that men were made to carry the weight of spiritual dominance.
May you know in your bones that you were never an economic asset to be owned, a subordinate partner to be managed, or a manager meant to rule over another human soul. You are an autonomous image-bearer—created for mutuality, held in absolute dignity, and made to stand eye-to-eye on equal ground.
Where old systems taught you to seek permission or enforce hierarchy, may Grace grant you the peace of an unburdened heart.
Drop your shoulders, breathe deeply, and rest well this weekend.
